「Very close to jump off point for Pigeon Island. Budget room was very clean but very hot despite the fan. No ventilation and windows didn’t open. Check in and checkout were really slow. Was quite disappointed with the friendly, but exceedingly unhelpful staff - not what I would expect at this more expensive property.」

「酒店的设施和舒适都称不上一流，但是服务却格外贴心。 同行的好友恰好过50岁生日，按老经验，和酒店前台和餐厅打招呼询问是否可以安排一个蛋糕。出入意料的是，除了免费的蛋糕外，他们一再询问还需要什么额外的服务。几经沟通后，花了一些小钱，酒店帮朋友的50岁生日办成了小型烟火晚会，给朋友留下了惊喜难忘的假期。经主动的反复确认，还在蛋糕上写上朋友的中文小名，这服务绝对细致到位。 另外餐饮也很不错。入住当天是周末也是当地的公众假日，客人比较多，晚上正赶上烧烤自助餐。本还在纠结是否要吃自助餐，餐厅服务人员及时提醒我们不要错过，性价比果然很高，小青龙吃到吃撑。 美中不足的是，WIFI支持需要大大提高改善。房间几乎没法收发照片，只能坐在大堂里收发，且很慢。」

「Way too dirty. Rooms old and smelly. I rented a junior suite for over 600$ for 2 nights and i didnt stay 4 hours. I had to check out to go to a more descent place. Staff and management terrible. Food awful. Do not even come close to book there... its the worst experience ever...」

「Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another...
