The open living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the private balcony with seating, guests enjoy a view of the garden - ideal for a cosy breakfast or a relaxed evening.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen, towels and WiFi are included. Air conditioning, satellite TV and a communally usable washing machine provide additional comfort.
