The villa features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. It is fully air-conditioned and includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and spend quality time with family and friends.



The ground-floor living area opens onto a large covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and fireplace, creating a wonderful setting for long dinners and relaxed evenings outdoors. Right next to the terrace is a spacious heated pool with an electrolysis system with a solar shower and sun loungers, perfect for refreshing swims and relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine.



From mid-August, guests can enjoy ripe home-grown grapes from the garden, while the villa’s balcony offers a beautiful setting for watching unforgettable sunsets. Two private parking spaces shaded by grapevines are also available for guests.
