“staying here as the exhibition I had to attend is nearby. taking 20 minutes to wait for check-in although I am the second in-line. the hotel is full of smoking smell of course because of the customers' poor manner in public area (there are ash trays in front of lifts??). Even in my room, the smell is lingering with the smoking smell.”

“The internet is seriously slow. If you use international mobile phone, their wifi cannot surf internet websites or app such as WhatsApp or Facebook. Hotel is too Chinese and catered to local guest. Not friendly for international guest despite being an international brand hotel. I dislike the open toilet concept. Even even the sliding door can separate the toilet and room, I dislike the design. The exhaust in the toilet is very loud. The open concept means the exhaust sound can be heard from the……
