"The window cannot be locked and was blown open by winds. Ended up having to change to another room late at night. Then the toilet of the new room has a rather unpleasant urine odour. But staff was excellent. World class service and deserve the highest praise."

"This is my first time staying here. I am visiting for work. It was a very nice hotel very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. It is in a good area with many restaurant options and on weekends live music and a very active river scene."
