Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). Overall we would still recommend this hotel. "

Staff was lovely, room is spacious and clean, washroom is clean and modern. The place also has a connected restaurant that specializes in gyoza and it was top notch. If anything, I’d recommend this place on vibes alone!!! "
