"The hallway to our room was disgusting, covered in dog poop. We reported it to the staff, but the next morning, it was back. A room down the way had cat food left outside the door. It seemed like people lived there. The constant noise from above, every time someone moved, made it impossible to sleep. I would never stay there again. "

"The BV Motel was fine. It was off the highway and so was quiet. The room was adequate. The people were friendly if a little distracted. The refrigerator in our room didn't work. But there were trails into the desert just behind the motel that were really wonderful! We saw lots of flowers blooming and even some cacti. There were Joshua trees and other wonderful plants. We would stay at the BV again just so we could spend a little time in that piece of desert close by. And it was inexpensive."

"My sisters and I had an incredible stay. Our host was very welcoming. We all slept in the yurts that had warm comfortable beds. Hiking was super with breath-taking scenery. Hot springs were a highlight. We’ll be going back. "
