"外気温マイナス3度中、宿泊いたしました。事前に部屋を暖めてくれておりました。チェックインの管理はきっちりしており、屋内での宿泊者全員の顔写真の撮影をもとめられました。また使用したものの片づけ方なども細かく記載されており、管理会社さんはしっかり管理されているようです。宿泊者にも、一部管理を求められますので、宿泊価格が適正なのかは個人の感覚により異なってくると思います。冬期は、寒く布団をかけずに寝返りが激しい子供には、厚めのスリーパーを要します。加湿器がないため暖房を使用しながら就寝するなら加湿器を持参されると良いと思います。風呂場は、寒く脱衣所にも暖房器具が欲しいと思いました。ドラッグストア、コンビニ、スーパーも車で数分以内と比較的近く良いと思います。全体的に良く管理されている貸別荘だと思いました。"

"We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend with two families; children ranged from 10-14 in age. Communication with the host was great and they were kind and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed many amenities about the house, as well as the surrounding area. "9月下旬に1泊2日で利用しました。 室内の設備・環境はとても良く、快適に過ごすことができました。 （エアコン等は使用していないので、空調の効き具合はわかりませんでした。） BBQをするにあたっては、網・炭・鉄板などは持参する必要があります。 また、今回は雨が降っていたのですが、バルコニーは屋根がなく、パラソルも1つしかないうえに破損していたため、室内にあったホットプレートに切替えました。 別荘までの道は夜は街灯もなさそうだったので、夕方くらいまでに到着されたほうが良いと思います。 チェックインまで・チェックイン時のやり取りもスムーズでしたし、滞在中に災害情報（台風がきていたので）もご連絡いただき、大変ありがたかったです。"

"Area was quite remote and you need a car to get around Nasu as there is nothing in walking distance, however snacks and drinks were complimentary each day at set hours, mineral outdoor onsen/spar was perfect and staff were amazing. Airconditioning was disappointing as it was preset with the main hotel and could not change temperature only adjust fan. Views were amazing from the restaurant and breakfast bar. Many young children when we stayed as the hotel focuses on kids with indoor and outdoor playground. Overall very nice hotel with amazing staff and great place to base yourself and explore Nasu with a car. "
