Fujiya
The food was mediocre but good presentation. Polite stuff. The onsen especially the family onsen stink. I think its from the water drainage or something.

Hotel Global View Niigata
Japanese style breakfast with a wide variety rice, soup, and vegetable dishes. The fruit and juices were very sweet. I love having a salad course for breakfast. There were a few pastries available. The staff was polite and courteous. The room was clean.
