"I have booked and stayed at this hotel through Hotels.com many times, and this was by far the best check-in experience I have had. The staff were very polite, and everything was explained clearly. The only downside was finding a hair in the bathtub. I do not know if it was left by a previous guest, but it was a little disappointing. Since I did not want the hassle of looking for a place to eat early in the morning, I decided to add breakfast to my stay for the first time. At first, I thought the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the plates were designed in a way that did not allow you to take large portions. However, by trying a variety of items in small amounts, I ended up feeling quite full. The curry in the morning was especially delicious and was a great way to start the day."

"Loved our stay at Takarazuka Hotel! This is the cleanest, most well maintained hotel I have ever stayed experienced. The place sparkled. Lovely, classic, refined feel leaves one filled with calmness and serenity. Attentive, professional staff. We’ll be back again and looking forward to our next stay!"

"15mns walk from the airport terminal. No tea bags in room but some at the reception area. Very Limited restaurants around the hotel. Clean room. Quiet."

"Very short walk to Hanshin Amagasaki Station, & KIX Airport limousine bus stop, Local shopping and many restaurants close by. Amagasaki Castle not too far and worth a visit. Rooms are small but normal for a business hotel in Japan, and perfect for the use to as a home base to be out and about. Decent Japanese budget breakfast an option. Staff helpful and accommodating. If you want a nice room to spend your day go elsewhere and pay x3-x4. If you need a place to sleep and head out during the day, at a decent rate, a good choice. Housekeeping options of when to have towels changed or room to be made is helpful."

"I booked this hotel because it was close to Itami airport, and the rooms looked well appointed and huge by Japanese standards. It absolutely absolutely met those points and more. It was very clean, the photos did not lie, the rooms were spacious and had great amenities, I haven't seen a minibar in forever, but was grateful for it as we got in very late. There were also karaoke mics to use. What I had not realized at the time of booking for myself, my sister and her 13 y/o son, was that this is a hotel that is typically booked by couples....and the other amenities in the room were geared towards those stays. And again, great minibar and options for more adult/amorous guests. I would still absolutely stay here again, even on my own."

"Good location. Great price for the kind of room you get. Only complaint is that you dont have a room key and you have to call the front desk every time you want to leave the room. Very weird system that I've seen in some love hotels but this one is extra weird. Never been fully locked into the room before. My rooms wifi also just randomly shut off and wouldnt turn back on. But thats probably not the hotels fault. Other than that, great bathroom with lots of space. Room has lots of space with lots of functions on the TV. Good midpoint between Kobe and Osaka with a station 3 minutes away. Staff was wonderful, cheerful, and helpful, even with my poor japanese. Check in and check out was very convenient."
