Door to the bedroom was broken no curtains in the bedroom Finding bed accessories also required communication and searching through different storage boxes. Overall good fornthe size we needed. Beds were also old and uncomfortable. "

"I am a very experienced traveler and have used Expedia for so many of my reservations, but I have to say this is the worst booking experience I have had. The room was nothing like the pictures or the description. We booked a comfort room and received a basic room. The manager would not admit the mistake. Also, the heated bathroom floors didnt work. The only redeeming quality was the laundry room."
