“We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. Every room was nice and the bathrooms were as well. The homeowner was very responsive to our questions.”

“Owners were very nice. Told us to reach out if we needed anything. She offered to help us with our luggage. Very sweet. Even though we were forewarned about the sound of the pump in washroom, we weren’t expecting it to be that loud and running that often. The washroom is right behind the bed, so it will wake you up. The place was pretty clean, except the washroom and the entrance. Bed was comfortable and floors were clean. Location was great for where we needed to be. Beautiful neighbourhood.……

“Everything about the property was as advertised. Checking in was easy and the communication was good with the owner. It's a basement unit with a good size living space and plenty of windows to keep the rooms bright. The fixtures and appliance are starting to show its age but everything worked. Good to have a washer and dryer on site. Compared to hotel prices in Markham these days, I felt this was good value.”

“I really enjoyed the stay here my wife felt really comfortable and she even enjoyed it as well definitely renting this place out again in the future”

“Very poor communication didn’t respond to messages and the apartment was extremely hot no air-conditioning”
