"clean room, it’s at the heart of what appears to be Osakas financial district, so not so many tourists. Easy to take a subway to dotonbori and namba free beer between 6 and 7 was amazing"

"This is the perfect hotel if you want to stay in Dotonbori! The staff were all so friendly and helpful!! The room and all amenities were very clean, and the cleaning staff were great. The laundry is convenient and cheap. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I highly recommend staying here! Amazing hotel that was made even better thanks to the incredible staff. "Spacious and super clean"

"The hotel is located very near the Dotonbori and is a flat walk everywhere. Staff at check-in were very helpful and allowed is to leave our small luggages as we arrived 5 hours before check in. It allowed us to go around Namba and Umeda."

"Rooms are standard Japanese size. The free onsen was clean and it was nice to have the congestion update on the tv so you know when to go or not. They also have a free guest lounge with free drinks and snacks offered 3 times a day including alcoholic drinks for happy hr and evening. It isn’t very close to any subway station, about 15mins walk away so just be aware if you have lots of luggage."

"Tokyu Stay Osaka was a solid and convenient place to stay. The location was great—easy access to transport, food, and shops. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer, which was super helpful. There was no fridge, but overall it was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our trip. A good choice for a simple, hassle-free stay in Osaka."
