Huis op de berg

Groot huis op bijna het hoogste punt van de omgeving. Dat zegt iets over het uitzicht, maar ook over de bereikbaarheid. De condities op die hoogte zijn lekker fris; scheelt al gauw 5 graden met beneden. Dn de nachten zijn heerlijk koel! De omgeving is nauwelijks op toeristen ingesteld. Dat heeft zijn voor- en nadelen.

Erholsam und idyllisch

Wir haben das Haus für 3 Wochen mit unseren 2 Töchtern gemietet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist wunderschön an einer ganz schmalen Privatstrasse gelegen, inmitten von Olivenwäldchen mit schönem Blick auf das Städtchen und in Ferne auf das Meer. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, die Fenster haben alle hervorragende Mückengitter. Leider funktionierten Wlan und Elektrogrill nicht. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage aber es ist auch bei großer Hitze nie zu warm und es gibt Ventilatoren. Wir schätzten besonders den wunderschönen Garten, die gut beschatteten Terrassen und diese wunderbare Sicht ins Tal und auf die Berge. Die Gegend ist auch reich an schönen Wanderwegen. Toll sind auch die ganzen Dinge, die für den Strand bereitgestellt werden: 3 Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug und 2 Klappstühle. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert und es stand bei unserer Ankunft sogar eine Flasche kalter Rose im Kühlschrank, nach der langen Fahrt ein echtes highlight. Es gibt freilaufende Hunde und Katzen auf dem Grundstück, die auch gerne mal Schuhe klauen (daher immer mit ins Haus nehmen:-) Das einzige Manko sind die krähenden Hähne und bellenden Hunde (mit offenem Fenster rauben sie einem nachts den Schlaf) in der Nachbarschaft. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert, ruhig und idyllisch gelegen mit maximaler Privatssphäre. Es gibt eine junge und sehr freundliche Verwalterin, die bei Fragen oder Problemen rasch reagiert und den Check-In durchgeführte.

Entschleunigung im Olivenhain

Das Haus ist abgeschieden, aber es ist nicht aus der Welt. Es ist so ausgestattet, dass das Managment des Haushalts nicht zu wichtig wird. Wenn man möchte, kann man sich aus dem Wege gehen. Der beste Platz ist die geräumige Veranda mit großem Essplatz und weiter Aussicht. Mit der mehr oder weniger fernen Geräuschkulisse aus bellenden Hunden, italienischen Gesängen, Zikaden und Hahnenkrähen hatten wir kein Problem. So ist das Leben in der Gegend eben.

sehr idyllisch

Ein sehr schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage in den Bergen. Mit dem Auto kann man viel erreichen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Olivenöl, Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit einer sehr persönlichen Betreuung.

Sejour très agréable à Nocera

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante à Nocera. La maison est très confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses, chacune ayant sa propre salle de bain. La maison est par ailleurs très bien équipée pour le quotidien. Nous avons passé plus de temps sur la terrasse qui a une très belle vue sur le village de Nocera, et sur la mer. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir Stromboli au loin ! Un sejour très agréable, la communication ayant été au préalable parfaite, et sur place très courtoise. En souhaitant une très bonne continuation à notre hôte.

Oustanding Landscape with Instaworthy Views! Convenient to beaches, ruins , ancient villages.

We arrived exhausted from our road trip and were thrilled to see a kitchen well stocked to cook our evening meal. We unloaded our bags and were wisked off by Rene's family to take us to the local market for supplies. We ate our first meal ( and many more to come) on the lovely outdoor veranada. The cool mountain air coupled with a spectacular vista of the Nocera T village and her lustrious mountains were all we needed for our first night's welcome slumber. The bedrooms are spacious, clean , modern with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom has two french doors with balconys. I slept with the doors open (a screen is provided). I have never slept better. The bathrooms are very modern and spacious. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but more than adequate with a private bathroom and one large french door with a small balcony, and an opposing window. All rooms are bright and cheerful. Both bedrooms have a large armoire. The lighting is good for reading. Light switches easy to find. The stairway leading up to the bedrooms has a railing. The kitchen, as I mentioned, was wellstocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and all the basic neccessities should you need to cook your first night. The refridgertaor was stocked with water and other welcome treats ( even abottle of wine!) There is table for four in the kitchen but we chose to eat outside and used the table to prepare our meals.. The living room has a comfy sofa and is modern and well equipted with a flat screen TV. The Internet was good. If you plan on streaming -bring a portable modem. The Internet is adequate for emails etc but not streaming movies. We absolutely loved the home! I would recommend this home to all my friends and hope to return some day. You will need a car . Beaches, ruins, mountains, trekking, lots to explore! Oh, and did I mention the olive groves? Spectacular!

Prachtig huisje! Erg mooie ligging, voor rust en natuurliefhebbers.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this house. It has a beautiful location and it is beautiful and very spacious. It is a little higher (last stretch of steep road) and a (rental) car is necessary to explore the region. There are beautiful villages to explore at a reasonable distance, this requires some travel time. But is very worthwhile! Everything is well organized, the booking, information provision, interim contact and everything is equally friendly! On arrival we found the next morning delicious wine, olive oil and a few bottles of beer on the table in front of the house, offered to us. That is so thoughtful (and delicious). We can wholeheartedly recommend this house and you can work with owner René in full confidence!
