Hotel staff was very friendly, and the ambiance is very upscale and clean. Breakfast buffet even though overpriced it was very good and convenient. Overall a very positive experience and would stay there again!

The facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful overlooking the park and the bed is one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. Excellent breakfast too. Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks to Herman in the reservations team for going above and beyond as well to make this a truly memorable stay.
