"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"First, the hotel was dishonest. The hotel put an information in Expedia application that the hotel is near Srinakarinwirot University only 12.5 kilos which is not!!!!!!!! Second, first room that I've got was dusty, the toilet was unclean and there're small cockroaches running around at night!! The air-conditioner was loud and making noise so I called the reception she told me to stand for it until tomorrow morning because there's nothing she can do.
