「Le lieu etait propre, l'emplacement parfaite à quelques pas d'une belle plage et des restaurants. Le personnel étaig tres chaleureux lors de l'accueil ainsi que lors du pre-enregistrement.」

「The hotel is right beside the beach. It takes about 10-20mins to walk from Metro to the hotel. There are a lot of stores and scene to appreciate along the walk. The breakfast is wonderful and serves till 11. I will stay again. 」

「Check in was very easy as was gaining access to the room. The room was very clean, although could do with redecoration. The air conditioning barely worked. There were two security issues 1. the patio door lock was broken and replaced by a hook and eye, with only one loose screw securing it. 2. the room safe did not seem to work, although it did seem to have new batteries. Except for these, i would have given full marks for the price. 」

We stayed for 4 nights, check in was very quick & easy, the staff were very helpful, I requested an extra pillow & blankets which were no trouble & brought to our room within 5 minutes. Ideally located, bus stop directly opposite, 5 minute walk to the beach & shops. Would definitely stay again. 」

「We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.」

「Die Empfangsdame bei unserer Ankunft am Montag, 15.12. war sehr freundlich und hat proaktive Tipps gegeben. Ebenfalls die Reinigungskraft am 16.12. auf Etage 9 hat uns sehr freundlich behandelt. DANKE. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht, desgleichen die Rooftop Bar auf dem Dach des Hotels. Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt im La Barracuda, und sicherlich nicht der letzte. 」

「The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...
