Come and stay in this magnificent house, which can accommodate up to eight people, ideal for family or friends' holidays. Enjoy its proximity to the first beach, located just 250 metres away, for your morning walks with your feet in the sand or to cool off in the afternoon. The Port of l'Herbaudière is also just a few steps away. A large garden behind the house with a barbecue awaits you to share convivial meals outdoors.

On the ground floor, you will discover a central room consisting of a living room with a sofa and television, as well as a dining room with a (non-functional) fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. One bedroom is accessible, with a double bed (160x190), as well as a bathroom and separate toilets. You will also find a room with bunk beds (90/190) and a bathroom.
Upstairs, the last room, a master suite, has a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom.
For your comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available to you, as well as a parking space located in front of the house.
On reservation, access to table tennis and tennis court in the residence.
The location is situated in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, it is located at:
