The property is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside the property and the property grounds. If there is evidence of smoking found in units, there will be damage charge of $250 applicable. Kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, freezer, hot air oven and combi microwave, induction hob, XL dishwasher and Quooker for direct boiling water. Eat inside at the spacious dining table adjacent to the kitchen. Don't feel like cooking? On the first floor there is an independent and comfortable guest house with its own entrance via the hall at the front door. The spacious bedroom with optimal privacy, private air conditioning, spacious closets and TV also has a full en suite bathroom with a beautiful view.
The villa also has a side entrance, comfortable to also place the groceries in the utility room, where the washing machine is also located. The villa is cleaned after your visit, which is included in the rental price. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are maintained once a week, so you can enjoy a carefree stay. Adjacent to the utility room is a third bedroom, with a double bed and private access via the side door and 3rd full en suite bathroom. The villa is equipped with an alarm for your safety, outside the area is monitored with cameras.
The comfort of a luxury villa is complemented by a private swimming pool, jacuzzi with an outdoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You reach the terrace with backyard from the living room or master bedroom on the ground floor via the sliding doors. Take a seat under the spacious canopy along the entire back of the villa to enjoy the view, out of the sun and with a nice breeze. Also 2 sunbeds and 4 beachchairs available. The house is for sale and viewings might take please during your stay, but always after our host find a convenient time for you and you agree.
