This Cozy 2 bed/2.5 bath Townhouse is a corner unit located in the famous Gold Coast Aruba Residence which is located right across from the prestigious 18-hole golf course in Aruba and a 3-minute drive to the Boca Catalina Beach and the Famous Tres Trapi Beach. Light House. This attractive rental property is fully furnished, and equipped with the latest energy-saving state-of-the-art appliances. It features; high-speed Internet, a cozy backyard with a BBQ grill with gas, and Beach towels, Beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach, however it does not provide an umbrella. 24-hour security, fully gated, clubhouse which features a well-equipped gym, food & beverage facilities, 3 community pools, tennis courts, and much more!

This unit is conveniently located next to one of the community pools and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. This townhouse is perfect for your family vacation.

Please be advised that Parties, social events, and gatherings are not allowed at our vacation homes.

Utilities:
The total rate includes a 15% tax/service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15,- per night, this is more than plenty for your stay, and Wireless Internet.

Diamante 50 is a well appointed unit that was recently renovated with a new kitchen, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The rental team was personable, friendly and professional. Communication and ease of checking in and out was simple. Our eight week stay at this unit was great. We will see you next year.

Loved condo and cimplex

This was a great condo. Very clean and the pictures were accurate. The condo complex was also clean and quiet. While Aruba seems very safe, we appreciated the guard when you checked in and the guards we saw checking everything was fine later in the evening. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs. For those who need it, there are also sand toys, a boogie board, and a large cooler. We also loved the three pools in the complex. One is extremely close to the condo. Check in and check out process was easy and they showed up right on time (it took about 5 minutes for check in and check out). When we return to Aruba, we will rent Happy House. I would suggest a car for anyone staying here. Relying on a taxi would be annoying. There is a snorkeling beach with rocks (Tres Trapi) about 4 minutes by car and a sand beach a few minutes further away (by lighthouse).

Wonderful Location

This condo is small but it was very comfortable for our family of 6, especially with the outdoor seating and grill area. And three bathrooms! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the AC works well! Three pools in the complex, one was just a few doors down. The residents in the complex are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to visit again!

Great place for a family vacation

It was a great condo, in a very nice gated community. It was well organized and all four of us had enough room. The condo had mini split AC units so we could manage the temperature in each room differently which was nice. We didn't notice any mildew, which can be an issue on a tropical island resort. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. The community was quiet. The pools were nice and just a short walk away. The fitness center was just a few minutes walk away, and it had a variety of machines and dumbbells.

Nice place to stay, with everything you need

This is a good condominium, and Gold Coast is a great complex. I especially appreciate the communication from Premier Rentals in Aruba, and all the supplies they provided for us. They made the trip very easy. Even when there was an issue with an air conditioner, they got someone out to fix it right away. I would stay here again.

I'd stay in Gold Coast again

The Gold Coast community was a fantastic place to spend a month on the island. It was very peaceful and we loved the three pools. With a rental car we were able to go anywhere and most of the attractions were within a 15 minute drive from Gold Coast. The only concern we had was an ant problem on the kitchen counters which once we contacted the rental company they immediately sent someone to rectify the situation.

Beautiful property and location

The condo was very well laid out and spacious. The owners/management keep the property clean. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. My only complaint was that the beds were a little hard. All in all, we were happy staying here.

Property was clean. Plenty of space for my family of 5. The pools are very close to this unit one being a few houses down. Security is on duty 24/7. 2 minute drive to supermarket. 10 minute drive to superfood. Minutes away from the lighthouse, chapel, and Arashi beach. We needed extra supplies (paper towels, toilet paper) and the management company provided them within minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Time at Alex and Rosie’s place

We had a great time staying in this rental. Alex, Rosie and team were extremely responsive when we needed them. The property is very nice and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to stay for a short or longer term. It had everything we needed for our stay and would stay here again.
