「The best experience!! We loved everything about this hotel. All of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and the housekeeping coming every day was amazing. The view from our room on the 9th floor was to die for!! We spent lunch every day at the balashi bar and not only the staff but the drinks there were amazing. 「The pool was heaven! We loved the washer and dryer and spacious apartment. The bathrooms were stunning! We were able to cook there and they even had beach chairs and coolers to use! Thoughtful owners that were available to contact at all times. Will definitely return!」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
