“We did not like the check in process. In spite of us buying ocean view and putting the note that we want higher floor, the staff made the check in very uncomfortable and difficult before we got what we paid and asked for”

“Water is incredible staff not friendly. And Expedia says rooms have dvd players they don’t Expedia says they have 24 hour room service they don’t have room service. 17 dollar a drink and bartender JR went out of his way to make my drinks wrong every time. His loss I tip minimum 20 percent. Front desk not friendly except one person short guy dark hair. Don’t waste your time Herd Holiday inn property is amazing. Will try that next”
