We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The rooms were very clean, although outdated. The location was perfect, given the proximity of boutiques and nightlife. The all-inclusive package was well worth it given that the food at the included restaurants was extraordinary. Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Walking into the water at the beach, you will step into a large band of sludge. When the sludge gets stirred up, you will get inundated with the smell of sewage. I talked to several guests who all said the same thing. When the catamarans at the pier start their motors and stir up the water...pure sewage!! You will never see more than 50 people in the water at a complex that holds 1000. We have stayed at many resorts, and the Holiday Inn is a hotel, not a resort. There is no swim up bar or any bar dedicated to pool patrons alone, nor is there any poolside service. The 2 "bars" you have to go get your own drinks at are also restaurants, so the wait is timely. In addition, even as a guest using the all-inclusive option, you must sign for every drink and meal, even while wearing a wristband showing you are AI. Drinks are watered down and are served in small paper cups. The restaurants onsite are average at best and VERY expensive. We ate across the street at finer establishments even though we were AI. Hot tubs on the property do not work, it's just hot water, no jets.There is zero entertainment at night except for 1 guy in the lobby. They hotel has no activity co-ordinator, so nothing happens during the day either. Getting beach towels is a joke as well. The main hut opens at 730am and the second one at 9am. They make no exceptions and you can't swap out your wet towels later in the day because they don't have any dry ones. Some gym equipment is broken.

Parking is a plus. But some staff is rude. Also we book double bed through Expedia and they did t give us double bed. We were told that if you have book through our website we might have gave you two double bed. Since you booked through Expedia we can’t do nothing as Expedia didn’t mention anything about two double bed.

Great location but reception staff very rude. The hotel itself needs upgrades and better cleaning. Had all inclusive packages but still had to pay for beach umbrellas and were told we are being charged last day of stay. Initially we were told that palapas are not free and have to be reserved. I think they don’t tell you on purpose. We were charged 40$ for umbrellas each day.

This vacation was wonderful! The property is perfect location on the beach. The restaurants were delicious, our favorite was the Mexican one! I definitely recommend doing All Inclusive. It made things so much easier. The Sea Tower was beautiful to stay in.

The place is ok, clean. The cleaning service was good. Some of the employees and servers were nice and friendly. As adults traveling with no kids, there are not many amenities. The gym was small with a few machines, some of them were broken. The pools were not big and always full of young children, I couldn’t use the pools but even once. Not worth to get all inclusive; it’s expensive, you have to make reservations in advance for dinner in the restaurants, and food was good but not variety. Love Aruba, buy I don’t think I would go back to the same hotel. if I do, I wouldn’t get the all inclusive.

Everything was great, definitely want to go back. Wish there were more dinner options for the all inclusive, but the food was good, but. the pizza was terrible, need to find a better one. The bar stools were to low at both the Oceanview and Seabreaze(not sure if that was the name).

Although a more basic resort, the beach was clean and close to the hotel. The food was excellent and staff were fun and friendly. The room was dated with a little mold in the shower caulking, but everything else was great.
