「Beautiful property. Excellent restaurants with updated decor and beautiful views. Staff was super. The reason we gave it a 4 star review is they charge extra for the beach umbrellas and palapa. Otherwise there are a few complimentary ones but you need to line up early morning to try and get one. For a hotel of this cost with resort fees to charge extra for the beach left a bad taste.」

「Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed with how well maintained and clean the property was. The resort itself was beautiful, the views were lovely, and the beach was fantastic. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with.

「Great hotel beautiful property great location on palm beach
A bit of confusion with the front desk upon check in even after the pre check in forms were completed
Didn’t receive the room originally asked for because they were all taken?? Even with a reservation that was a bit annoying

「Upon my arrival, the front desk associate upgraded my room from a pool view to an ocean view. However, when I got to the room, it was neither a pool view nor an ocean view, which was very disappointing. Just make sure they don’t change your room upon arrival.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tradewinds package was well worth it. The food was great. Breakfast, lunch and the discovery hour of hors d'oeuvres was tasty and enough food to replace dinner. Beautiful beach. Had a great stay.」

「They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.」
