“Would definitely revisit!
The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing.
I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible.
I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days.
It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing……
