“Booked a beach room and ended up with a 2 floor room
Went to grab a coffee from specialized coffee bar and had 4 minutes to close and I was told only 4 minutes to close so no coffee for you ! It’s and all inclusive resort, there should not be any issues to make a coffee they are still open for 4 more minutes!
Disappointing !
Couldn’t get into all restaurants because some were closed ! Why are restaurants closed in an all inclusive resort?
Sad but true
Overall ok place but needs to work……

“The Ocean Front view room was spectacular! Exactly every single feature that I hoped for. The view alone made my trip worthwhile. The room esthetic was beautifully designed. I had two issues. No microwave and both faucets were experiencing plumbing issues. The water was spilling from around handles. Not a big deal - however - the reason for the 4star. Fix the two suggestions and a 5star hotel for sure! Thank you. :)”
