「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. 「This is an excellent place to stay in Aruba. Its very close to the beach. The property is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very spacious. Three spacious rooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. You really cant beat that. Comes with washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two balconies. Includes 4 beach chairs and beach towels. I will stay here every time I come back to Aruba. The property is very close to shops and dining. Wish I could give this place place 10 stars. I highly recommend it!!!」
