「That it was close to the lake.」

「This is my go to motel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and comfortable 」

「Property is an older building and within walking distance of the Southbridge Mall and Hockey arena. Although the mall doesn't have much in it anymore. Parking lot was well lit at night and staff was helpful. Room was clean and ready for arrival, but it had a bit of a stale musty smell. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked fine. For the lower cost and just needing a place to crash at night it worked fine. If you want a place with more frills and amenities this would not fit that expectation....

「I was pleasantly surprised when i got to my room all the floors were new and the bathroom had all new fixtures toilet sink and walk in shower. The desk attendant was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast has a good variety of foods and it was quiet. 」

「Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?」

「Small and cozy. In an older part of town. Outside area is run down and a little sketchy but once you’re in the apartment it’s clean and comfortable.」

「Very comfortable and clean spot to stay. The beds, bedding, towels all very nice. Amenities were nice. Easy process to check in. I would highly recommend.」

「We love Clear Lake, the town and the lake itself. This property has been beautifully appointed and equipped with the latest technology - from check in to check out, the WIFI, the TVs, the Sonos speakers. Loved the renovations. The family could bond with games, food, walks, bike rides, getting out on the lake and just hanging out. Highly recommend.」

「We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed 」
