「Very large penthouse with plenty of space for large groups. It is very clean and looks brand new. Contact with Lars was pleasent and he responded very quickly when we had questions. Location is +/- 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and likewise from the train station. Plenty of parking space and easy access to the penthouse. It is unbelievable that you can rent a penthouse on such location, of such quality for such a low price. Can't wait to go back!」

「Great location and very clean. Well equipped spacious apartment with all cookeries , dish washing machine, coffee machine etc The beds are very soft . The only issue is the house keeping arrangement. We are not sure when will they clean the room, WhatsApp the general enquiry and they are not so sure too. 「Der Aufenthalt war schön, ebenso die Umgebung. Eine gepflegte Anlage findet man dort. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht optimal. Neben einem Nudelsieb fehlten Dinge wie ein Sparschäler, Geschirrhandtuch. Für das nächste Mal wissen wir da Bescheid.」

「Von Freitag bis Sonntag war ich im Sunshineflat, wegen einer Fortbildung. Die Wohnung war groß genug für mich und meinen Hund. Die Gastgeberin hat ein kleines Frühstück in den Kühlschrank gepackt und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit verteilt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Sommer wieder!」

「Zum "relaxen" und "runterkommen" genau das Richtige. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hausboot. Alles da was man braucht. Zum Outlet Center und in die Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten. Von der Terrasse traumhafter Ausblick auf die Wasser- und Tierwelt und auf Roermond. Vielleicht wichtig für andere Reisende/ Buchende: Schlafzimmer nur mit einem Vorhang vom Wohn-/Essbereich abgetrennt. Um ins andere ( Kojen ) Zimmer zu kommen, muss man durch das Schlafzimmer.
