Tolle Wohnung in einer guten Lage.

Pros: Das Haus war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer.

Wohnung ist extrem "verwohnt". Auf den Fotos definitiv nicht zu erkennen! An den Wänden und Türen Macken, abgeplatzter Lack und Flecke. Allgemein wirkte die Wohnung eher wie eine Monteurwohnung, nicht wie eine gepflegte FeWo. Die Küche war extrem spartanisch eingetichtet. Zusammengewürfelte, kaputte Gläser etc. Der Eingangsbereich roch extrem muffig.Mit Abstand die schlechteste FeWo, die ich in Norddeich je hatte. Der Vermieter entschuldigte sich zwar für den Zustand, der ihm bewusst wäre, da noch weiter renoviert wird. Aber für den Zustand war sie preislich absolut überzogen!!!
