「Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up.」

「we arrived parked the car in the car park we had a warm welcome from reception. we was given our keys and directions to our rooms.The rooms was clean and fresh and clean sheets nice bathroom.Yorkshire tea winner. We had a pre drink in a lovley bar area we was helped with some local cab numbers. We had a good nights sleep and a very good breakfast. We went for a stroll on the beach. we will be back little gem thanks for a wonderful stay.」

「Stayed in an upstairs room in The Bakery. Stairs are very steep so, if you have any issues with climbing stairs, make sure you are not staying in an upstairs room. Cocktails were fabulous in the pub!」

「The staff were excellent , very helpful and obliging. I moved from the single room as it was very small and the view was a brick wall . The hotel was quiet and the location was very convenient with a 10 minute walk to reach the main drag .」

「I arrived at the property and it was immediately clear that the bedsheets had not been changed. There were muddy paw prints and visible dog hairs all over the bedding. I contacted the host straight away, who offered to change the bedding but insisted it was “clean, just stained” and that this had been missed by the cleaners. However, if the bedding was clean, it should not have had dog hair on it. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. If something as basic...

「I loved the balcony in our room. I have difficulty with walking, and a lift would have been a nice touch. However, the difficulties were overcome, and the staff were extremely good at helping and taking heavy luggage to our rooms. Many thanks. The best policy was to talk to the staff, who were delighted to help in many ways, and they were very good. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will use this hotel again. We have no complaints, only our thanks for an extremely enjoyable time」
