“The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant.”

“Outside areas were beautiful, a lovely long sweeping drive up to an impressive building with plenty of parking. , The reception and bar areas were nicely decorated, tidy and modern and were inviting. The pool area was ok, some jets not working but nice and warm and fairly large. 1 Sadly, some of the restaurant area was run down , a bit perfunctory & bland along with the food. We had an overpriced tasteless dinner & breakfast was awful, with long queues for a cooked breakfast which was not……
