**May 23, 2024 update - The City of Virginia Beach Department of Health has granted The Sanctuary at False Cape permits to open the pools. The 3700 Sandpiper Rd, 3738 Sandpiper Rd and Cabana pools will be open beginning May 25, 2024 from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm.

The secondary bedroom also features a King bed plus a twin loft, its own 50" smart HDTV, with another full bathroom.

Full of a variety of amenities, this luxury condominium offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. Imagine having your morning coffee while the sun comes up over the Atlantic and relaxing on the patio in the evening while the sun sets over the Back Bay. In between, take a casual stroll along the shore to the pier and listen to the crashing waves while a group of dolphins swim by.
