「Had a great stay. Clean, great breakfast. Spacious room. Convenient to shops, restaurants and old part of town. Would recommend and stay again 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Overall the hotel is quite good, the only thing that should be improved is the lift. It will be perfect if there is a lift, because it's not nice to carry the heavy luggage climbing up the stairs.」
