"It certainly was a unique experience/building/suite - clean and well appointed. It was also delightfully quiet. However, the fact that it was not made sufficiently clear to us at the time of booking that this was not a hotel but a serviced apartment. Moreover, we did not receive emailed advice in time about this and subsequently how to gain entry. "We stayed for three nights. On our first night there was a problem with the AC so we were moved to an upgraded room for the following two nights. They were very helpful and understanding. Both rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely quiet location and vibes inside the hotel. We made use of the spa too which was lovely."
