「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. 「Lovely hotel. Enjoyed our short stay!」

「The hotel was clean. The breakfast was an average buffet. Not bad, but not good either. The layout of the hotel was atrocious. 「

「Great staff, room with a view.」

「The hotel didn’t let me know how to park my car」

「This is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.」

「Wonderful location next to the cathedral. Beautiful hotel and spotless rooms. Great host.」

「Nice staff and very helpful」
