“We had a great stay at the Barriere Royal. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. As we are kosher they not only were able to heat up our food for us but picked it up for us since the establishment wouldn’t deliver. The spa was great, breakfast was delicious and expansive. It is right off the beach and walking distance to all the great shopping. The hotel does feel like it needs a refresh - much of the decor is old. “The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
