「Home is lovely and in a prime lake spot. It’s private and right off the water. Perfect for hosting a family getaway. Plenty of space for our party of 7, all adults and one toddler. 「We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions.
