"Pleasant simple SriLankan accommodation. Family friendly and welcoming. Pancakes for breakfast were tasty. Room was simple and clean. Bathroom and toilet were basic. Reflecting price range this was good value for money. Very rural. Local fishing area with boats being pulled up on beach in front of accommodation "

"A truely amazing experience made perfect by the wonderful team. We stayed for 4 nights and could not find fault. The food was excellent and the staff could not have done more for us. We had a dolphin watching trip and a reef fishing trip where we caught baracuda which was expertly prepared for us that evening for supper. The beach cabana was clean and comfortable."

"Lovely quiet setting, a cluster of very stylish bungalows set amongst palm trees a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Each bungalow had an outside seating area with built-in benches with foam cushions for relaxation/reading etc. Planting around this space added to the overall look. "Just came back from our 7 day stay at de Silva Palm Resort. It‘s a very nice resort with lots of open space and big palms trees. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our family suite even had a fridge and kettle. The pool is spacious, our kids loved it. Whenever we showed up we were handed fresh beach towels, Overall the service was great: Naveen the restaurant manager is there for you with tipps and advice (even in really good German), the barkeeper is very friendly and so is the kiting staff....

"The staff were really friendly, amazing food and really gorgeous place. They took us on a wildlife tour where we saw otters and loris all on their grounds! There is not much in the local area so you need to keep this in mind if planning to visit a shop or restaurant during your stay, it’s not really possible "
