「I’m not a fan of valet parking when on vacation. I like quick access to items I leave in the car (beach stuff, etc). But the valets were wonderful. The amenities were too far from the rooms. I didn’t realize the pool, gym etc required a shuttle. Most restaurants also closed early, at 6pm or 8pm. The marina view was ok, but very close to a noisy, busy road, so the balcony was not enjoyable. The staff were wonderful, and it was really clean.」

「Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). Bar and restaurant areas are excellent and location is stellar.
Highly recommend」
