I reserved a room through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there are no rooms available. Thankfully, Expedia agent refunded the hotel cost, but I was still very disappointed in that hotel.

The room we stayed in was infected with roaches. Also, the day we got there, a random person opened our room. We notified the concierge but nothing was done. In top of that, there was always noise on the hallways. It was not a good experience.

When i arrived to the hotem i ave the reservation bur a room as I reserved was not availbale. Thisnis really awful services. The xustomwr services for this hotel is really bad.

Upon walking into the room it seemed ok bit after further inspection my husband and I were not too pleased.
The barhroom mirror border was rusting as well as a part of the tub.
The couch in the room was very old with leather upholstery faded away.
Ppl were smoking in their rooms eventhough it was supposed to be a non smoking area.
Each time a guest entered/exit their room, the doors would slam very loud.
Overall, was a low decent hotel but my husband and I would not stay there again.

The facility did not look clean and there was no service at checkin desk when we arrived. We had to wait a long time with others. We all tried to call as well but with no answer.
We were informed when we arrived after a long flight and then wait that they overbooked. Our room was given away.
We ended up spending more on a last minute hotel booking.

I’m not putting it here but I will be contacting corporate. This is plain out ridiculous and I hope the proper steps are taken for this place.
