"Chris and Haylee were amazing and they made my solo birthday stay absolutely special. The room smelled amazing and was super clean. The grounds are spectacular and you almost forget you’re staying in a shopping mall area. The pool area is stunning, plenty of places to enjoy the the views and I love the rocking chairs outside each room. This will be my home away from home each time I visit Austin. Perfect for families and seriously, just an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The onsite restaurant was ok… I went for breakfast and was charged about $8 more than I anticipated because their prices on the menu aren’t updated to what they actually charge and the staff didn’t care to fix it or address it. The breakfast (biscuits and gravy) was terrible (hard biscuits, gritty eggs). For dinner we had a charcuterie board and fries and that was lovely. The drinks were all good too. Overall, I’ll just walk somewhere else for breakfast in the future. "

"Outside of hotel needs a facelift. Pool and exercise room were both closed. Staff was not very friendly, the first lady I encountered was to eager to leave and couldn't be bothered with my questions. Breakfast was blah, there was no fresh anything! I can say the room was clean and the bed was comfy. "

"Great location. Rooms were clean. Each room had a microwave and fridge which was very convenient. Very limited and small parking lot, with tiny spots you have to squeeze in to. They share a lot with a neighboring hotel. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Plumbing is a little old so we had some toilet issues. Only negative thing I have to say is that the tv is not a smart tv so no streaming. We bought a device to hook up the computer to watch movies but the tv was older so not compatible. Also there wasn’t even a tv guide so you have to actually flip through the channels and figure out what’s on. Very old school. Other than that our stay was amazing. "
