“Cottage was convenient to town just as we needed. We never saw the hosts although we had hoped to as the property was a family home and built by our great grandparents. The cottage is well appointed. It was too rainy while we were there to enjoy the back porch but it was very nice to spread out during our stay. Beds were comfy. We had trouble letting ourselves in upon arrival but it was really just us not following directions. Host responded immediately and he talked us through entering. ……

“Gorgeously decorated and ultra-clean. Was the perfect rental for my sisters wedding at Salem Cross Inn”

“This was a super cozy ,cute place to stay . Host had muffins , juice and milk for us. The property was quiet and very peaceful.”

“This is a beautiful home on a stunning property, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I only wish we had planned a longer stay, you won’t want to leave!”

“Property exceeded expectations, we had a wonderful time.”

“We had a quick over night stay at the cabin. I would definitely stay there again, it was an interesting place to stay. It was super quiet although the grounds seem like they are still in the midst of being renovated. The cabin was and clean and stocked with basic kitchen necessities. We liked the screened in porch and enjoyed the fire pit. There wasn’t a t.v., which was fine, just unexpected and there wasn’t a blind on one of the windows in the bedroom so hung a blanket and there wasn’t a……

“Lots of parking. Huge backyard; kids will love it.This host thought of EVERYTHING!!!!”

“We traveled from Delaware to the area for our daughter's wedding. It was the perfect home for our group, with plenty of room to kick back and relax. The home is located in a quiet community a couple miles from town. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was good water pressure throughout the house. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine for your caffeine fix. The host was very responsive to questions we……

“Rented the property to attend a series of events at Clark University. Literally walking distance to the school so it was quite convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Being able to park three cars in the driveway was a huge plus as street parking near the apartment was extremely challenging. Being a Clark alum, was quite familiar with the neighborhood so I knew what to expect. Felt completely safe in the apartment as every door to the hallways had sufficient locks. We did blow a……

“quiet, clean space. easy access by driving to neighboring towns and parks.”

“I had a great stay at this home! My bridesmaids and I stayed for a few nights leading up to my wedding day and we got ready there as well. It was a beautiful space and fit us all comfortably. The bathrooms were amazing and the parking was great as well!”

“Hi,Jenny was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating. The property was great! It was everything we needed at that time. Thank you Jenny!Best,ML”

“Nice and very clean. Host communicated fast and helpful.”

“This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!”

“We did not receive information on how to enter the property until we arrived and called the owner. There was a lot of poison ivy growing in our parking area.”

“The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great property in a great location, would stay again!”

“Very comfortable and Jenny was a great host”

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”
