“We stayed in an 8-bedroom house and the property itself is very nice and spacious. However, our experience was impacted by maintenance issues. We faced sink clogging and commode flushing problems during our stay, and unfortunately the host did not take timely action. The host was also largely unresponsive. Although a plumber was agreed to be sent, this was only scheduled on the day of checkout, which did not help our stay. Due to these issues, almost two bedrooms were unusable for us. Overall,……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Gloria is amazing, very communicative and stayed in close contact anytime we needed her for questions. We always felt welcome, as did our dogs! We had plenty of room to have our son and his wife and our 3 grandbabies over for a belated Christmas. The cottage is very close to getting to town and having dinner, stopping by for groceries or just to go for a drive. We even got snow while we were here! It was so beautiful and the fireplace makes the whole place……

“This property was a perfect fit for our family's Christmas gathering. It was clean and very comfortable & very pet friendly! Lots of extras for the kids and adults to do. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room were an enjoyable option and the game room provided many hours of fun for our grand kids and the views...well, spectacular! There was plenty of space for our group of 14 to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is located close enough to Asheville and the Biltmore! I……
