“Not good, for jet lag customwer, front give me the room 308, when I was so tired to sleep, I can hear all the noice surrounding by the pool. Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility. But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala……

“My family and I had a great time at the Nest, with a great view, perfect weather. We took food already made just to microwave, since there is a fire ban in CO. Although we did see some people there that had a grill, outside of course and had a BBQ going on. Later a staff member confirmed with us that we were able to take an electric grilled, would of been nice to know before. Other than that honestly highly recommend it is pretty relaxing and staff members are very nice.”

“The lake and walkway that led into town was fabulous. It was level and easy to navigate. The hotel was quiet and the staff was always ready to assist with any request. Lovely stay, lovely room and delicious fare in the dining room.”

“It is a lot smaller than you would expect. The kitchen was not very clean and there were mystery brown smudges on the bedroom walls. The only perks to staying here in my opinion are the private hot tub and location.”

“Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before……
