Airplane layover stay

Mike was very accommodating to us needing the home for one night , was better than hotel because we could cook and relax.

Great place and close to many great places to visit.

Stayed overnight for a getvaway to Charleston. The property was very tidy and a great place to wind down from the days activities. Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were great. Just on the other side of the bridge in N. Charleston and a quick drive to the Park Circle Neighborhood. Would recommend and 100% stay again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD! While the house was reasonable clean. It was work out. The photos make it look much nicer than it is. I might not left a review. I almost never do if it was in an appropriate neighborhood. This neighborhood has a corner market a few houses down with bars on the windows and doors. The kind of place that only sells booze, cigarettes and lottery tickets. Also it is right next to a trailer park with trailers that are 50 years old with roof built over roofs and garbage scattered everywhere. Also it is right next to train tracks. You certainly will not feel comfortable going for a morning job or drinking your coffee outside. The place is priced at least double what it is worth. I can not stress enough how bad the neighborhood is.

Easy to work with

Property manager worked with me to find an agreeable solution to fix an issue caused when I spilled rubbing alcohol on a piece of wood furniture. The solution was perfectly reasonable, and I received the majority of my incidentals deposit back.
