Brand new custom built guest house designed with a nod to classic Charleston architectural influence: open concept indoor - outdoor space to large shady screened porch where a perpetual breeze from the not-too-distant coastline blows gently all year round. Visitors will return from their travel deeply restored and revived - having experienced well-appointed accommodation. It has a spacious open concept living, dining, porch + outdoor dining. It is bright, breezy, quiet but also cozy & even 'delicious'. We thought of all the things that makes living in Charleston inspiring + condensed it into a single guest cottage so that those who aren't fortunate enough to live here, can grab an escape 'to their Charleston retreat' anytime. The bedroom is also bright, clean + airy with an emphasis on deep comfort + sumptuous simplicity. The bed is a modernist in style but traditional in construction queen size with sturdy custom built box spring and a 14 inch Simmons Beautyrest Firm mattress with pillow and generous memory foam topper. Sturdy enough for larger folks & soft enough for the tenderest sleeper - all will feel solid support + deep comfort. There are six pillows (memory foam, soft and firm to choose from) There is also a queen sized sofa-sleeper in the living room with its own 100% cotton comforter sheet set + pillows.The full sized bathroom is bright with plenty of natural light (wall installed magnifying mirror + large vanity mirror) but entirely private with top-down window shade. A walk in shower w/ infinite hot water provides the perfect spa like experience to include fresh white fluffy towels, & complimentary premium beauty - environmentally conscious amenities. There is ample storage in a walk in closet, 6 drawer dresser - with tons of unused space in the kitchen cabinet area. There will always be spring & sparkling water provided in the refrigerator, fresh roasted coffee for the BRAUN drip coffee maker or keurig and single serving half & half ready for guests as soon as they arrive! (Sugar + Stevia options included)

This beautiful guest home is perfect for a single person wanting a reset / recharge or work remotely for a month or two - or couple on a weekend getaway - terrific for an all - girls vacay for 4, a threesome of pals or a small family with up to 2 children & 1-2 pets!

The guest house is fully detached from the main house with lots of space in between all neighbors. It has its own courtyard + entrance + yard space partially fenced. The free parking area is in front, and can hold up to 4 cars easily.
