North End Holidays

Rooms are dated and old. AC could not keep up with the heat and humidity. It wasn't to bad but not great. The food and was okay at the buffet, not great. They never changed the menu. The elevator has no AC. Would I stay here again? No.

The staff was nice. Some just need to smile more often especially in restaurants. Food could be better. There were only a few restaurants you could go to and not all are open every day. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 to 5 stars.

Family friendly all-inclusive right on the beach with lots of bars and resturants that do not require reservations. Our second time visiting, the options and availability of all of the resturants were awesome - choices for everyone! A few negatives: the adult only areas were not enforced - they let kids in these areas... The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Althought it was not very busy during some meals, wait staff was not as great as the first visit. Had to get our own drinks or waiting on refills at the main buffet area.

Simple but clean room. Would be nice if the bathrooms had ventilation. After my wife “goes”, the paint comes off the walls 😵‍💫😅

The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was clean BUT the bathroom sink was cracked and slooow draining. There were no safety bars in the the big shower with great water pressure. I was really disappointed in the ocean. The room was advertised having crystal clear waters. And it was anything, but the beach in front of our hotel was full of seaweed from one end of the beach to the other.And going into the water ten fifteen feet.Nothing but seaweed, nobody wanted to go into the water.
