This newly renovated gem has all amenities including Starlink internet. A 5 minute boat ride separates you from the rest of the world. The Sand Lake public beach is great for kids and only a 10 minute boat ride. 14' Aluminum boat with 5 HP outboard as well as a canoe included. Large screened in porch with 55" tv and additional fridge. New Broil King BBQ and pizza oven lets you enjoy outdoor cooking. Property located on a point giving you beautiful sunsets.

Peaceful stay with all modern amenities
We loved our week-long stay at the Cottage on Sand Lake hosted by Lewis. He was super responsive before and during the stay with any questions we had. The property came prepared with lots of firewood, household paper products and a full kitchen. The dishwasher and washing machine/dryer worked great too!
The cottage has a perfect dock on a super private and quiet part of the lake which was well used.

Fantastic cottage and lake
Our family of 3 adults and one teen loved this beautiful cottage with a very well-equipped kitchen and lots of seating options inside and out. The lake is superb - fantastic for swimming and canoeing with very little boat traffic. The host was also very kind and helpful.

Comfort, Great Views and Wildlife
We thoroughly enjoyed this cottage. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The boat with small motor, that was provided, greatly enhanced our enjoyment as we got out to explore the neighbouring lake and take photos. The cottage situates in a beautiful, private, peaceful spot which provided the opportunity for peddle-boating and good swimming off the dock with a small platform to which we could swim. Wildlife in the area, such as a resident fox, Grey Heron, ducks and loons provided excitement! Our very supportive host was accessible and extremely helpful. Internet and access to streaming channels helped on rainy days. All in all, our vacation at this cottage was quite enjoyable.
