"The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking there was a Perkins next-door which they actually had very nice staff and good food. It was nice having it right next to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was not bad at all. It had eggs, potatoes, meat, croissants, coffee, multiple different types of juice. There was oatmeal, bagels, bread. You can even make waffles. Breakfast was awesome."

"We arrived at the Mansfield Quality in about 9:30 on a Friday night. Check-in was quick, and the lobby area was clean and well lit. The side door nearest our room was locked (this is GOOD, as too many properties ignore it when guests prop open a side door, or the side door lock is broken). The room was clean and spacious. My only complaints would be that there isn't an end table/nightstand on both sides of the beds (this is a problem at most hotels I go to, so not unique to this property), and the hallways aren't carpeted (they have artificial wood floors that are kind of loud, though it doesn't seem that the loudness transmits to the rooms under normal circumstances). The breakfast was ready at 6AM, and was hot and filling. The breakfast area was clean and offered a nice view of the area."

"The morning breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage and all the continental breakfast items such as juice, water, coffee, bagels etc. Was excellent start to the day. The room was very nice, did not have a small refrigerator in our room. Double bed was comfortable with nice light with two electric plug outlets right on top of night stand. Parking was right there. Staff was nice and informative."

"This house has character with the original part dating back to the mid-1800's. We have stayed several times as it is close to downtown and has enough space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers.I grew up in Wellsboro and my first grade teacher lived next door to this house."

"If you are looking for a pristine cabin, this rental is not for you. But if you prioritize location and outdoor activities, this property has a lot to offer. Our family spent Memorial Day weekend here and appreciated the row boat (plenty of life jackets at the cabin, we wouldn't have had to take up room in the car packing our own), charcoal grill on the covered porch, and plenty of board games to keep us occupied during the rainy spells. My constructive critique for the owner's would be to differentiate "rustic" from unkept. Without making a single structural change, the cabin rental experience could be vastly improved with attention to some very basic cleanliness and maintenance issues- rodent droppings in kitchen cupboards, someone else's trash in a paperbag inside the trashcan, dusting and wiping down of surfaces throughout. Overall, our family enjoyed the getaway, particularly our time spent on the property grounds."
