「This is a house still under renovation, everywhere is a mass, the kitchen roof is leaking, others rooms are still under construction, full of garbage in the yard and unfinished rooms, you can see workers in daytime and feel not safe, this lead to dirty on the floor, our rooms are also not clean, with holes one the bed sheet evenI cannot believe it can be rented if the description is true!the worst rental experience I have!」

「I've stayed for two nights and I'm satisfied with the experience. People respect each other and the quiet hour rule. It's a bit pity that the personal TV system doesn't work during my staying.」

「Would be a nice place for an extended stay with friends for sure. Street parking is definitely hard though so be ready for that. Rooms are very nice and it’s perfect walking distance to BMO stadium so you don’t have to pay outrageous parking fees. Label your name on your food inside the fridge as well or put it all in a big bag.」

「Never stayed at a hostel before. The Normandie hostel is new, clean and the beds are great with so much privacy. Plus they’re virtual check in is a breeze with fast responses.」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
